series that features over 30 explosive performances. The Festival's
eclectic programming of jazz in intimate settings - from the best in
modern and classical jazz to the avant-garde and Latin-based forms -
exposes audiences to an ever-increasing spectrum of jazz voices. With
powerful shows in the past by such jazz giants as Benny Golson, Don
Cherry, Nancy King, Rufus Reid, Danilo Perez and scores of others, the
SJW concert series brings innovative jazz programming to Northern
California as it provides music enthusiasts the opportunity to listen to
